There is a bug that causes unable to draw in openCanvas after installing Wacom's tablet driver V6.3.14-1. If you are currently using V6.3.14-1, please download/install the latest version from the Wacom's website.

Serial Key Purchase and Upgrade

• For the purchase of Serial Key in Japan, convenience store payment or credit card is available. For customers from foreign countries, PayPal payment and credit card is available.
• Cancellation of Serial Key purchase is not allowed. Please be sure to check the product performance and usability with your PC environment and tablet prior to purchase.
• Serial Key will be directly issued to your portalgraphicsID, therefore you cannot transfer Serial Key to antoher account or give it to someone else.
• Customer's portalgraphicsID and its information are used only for our Serial Key management purpose, and portalgraphics.net will not disclose the customer's information to the third party in any circumstances except the order from the judicial branch. Please refer to privacy ploicy for the personal information disclosure.
• Please be sure to fill out all items correctly and avoid false entry at purchase. If we are unable to issue Serial Key to the registered information properly, we will not provide support accordingly.
• Serial Key will be normally issued to a customer within 1-3 business day(s) upon purchase. Please plan ahead to purchase Serial Key during the trial period.
• openCanvas is available for purchase by download only. Please note prior to purchase that, different from the retail package software, there is no CD-ROM and the printed manual. openCanvas provides the automatic update, or you can download the latest update from Account Management Center.

About the upgrade price

Users who purchased openCanvas2 to 6 series are eligible to get the upgrade to the latest openCanvas6 with the discount price at US$ 35.00. By registering your Serial Key in Serial Key Management page, the discount price will be applied.

Serial Key and Activation

Upon the completion of the payment, Serial Key will be issued to Serial Key Management page normally within 3 business days.
Serial Key is tied to the registered portalgraphicsID at the purchase, thus you cannot re-issue Serial Key to another account or email address. Please refer to Serial Key Management page for more information.

Activation

Activation is to verify that your openCanvas Serial Key is genuine and that it has not been used on more computers than the portalgraphics.net allow.
To proceed the activation, the issued Serial Key upon purchase and internet connection are necessary.
